After many  idea sessions, dreams and just quality thinking time, I started to create a vision of how it would all work  - how all the ideas would come together and a framework to generate  new ideas.

I realized that dreams in themselves do not take you to the important stage of reality.   The dream in itself is not enough to get you to where you want to go.  The vision is what gives greater depth to your dreams. The vision helps you take it from A to Z in your dreams. 

 As I dreamt about a kids' marketplace for information based products, I started to envision the ways I would go about it.

I had a vision that we could create an online  marketplace for kids.  Kids would act as business owners and learn to develop and manage their businesses. The marketplace would flourish as kids marketed their products, businesses and their marketplace.

Now it was time to test the concept by going through the steps of writing an executive summary and a business plan. This step would also help me communicate this vision in terms that other business people would understand and get involved.
