How It Works

We have created our  jobs-for- kids program to:

• create jobs for kids,

• provide kids with experience in obtaining a  job,

• help kids learn about assuming responsibility for a job and managing a job,

• help kids develop job related skills,

• help kids develop a résumé,

• provide kids with KDD (money to use in www.kidse-marketplace.com  ) and opportunities to earn commissions in $U.S. and $CDN.

• provide volunteer job experience to kids,

Why are we paying KDD  (Kid's-Digital-Dollars™) for jobs;

• we do not make money from the jobs that pay KDD

• we had to come up with a way to pay for work kids do and nothing is sold,

• we thought that  kid's jobs and a kid's currency would be kind of cool,

• to reward kids for work they do which is just like adults that have jobs,

• to let kids earn KDD to be used for seed capital to launch and develop  a  business in www.kidse-marketplace.com - which gives more kids the opportunity  to set-up a kid's  business with money they earn.

• to provide kids with KDD to support kid's businesses in www.kidse-marketplace.com by purchasing kid's products from kids.

 How it works

1. Contact us via e-mail to apply for the job with the following information; 

2. Subject of the e-mail should be " Jobs-For-Kids" - (Job Name)

3. Your Name, 
   Net Name (a pretend name that protects your real name),
    Your Age,
    State/Province,
    Country,
    e-mail address,  
    The job you are applying for,
    A short resume on experience you have and the experience you are hoping to gain from this job.
    (If you are under 13 years of age, we require an e-mail from a  parent  providing approval for you to take a job and  to provide us with your contact information. Please have an adult contact us with approval before you contact us - include an adult  contact name & e-mail). 
   
   Contact us at job-postings@teachingkidsbusiness.com with the above information. Please check your spelling and grammar on your job application e-mail.

4. Once you have received confirmation from us confirming that you have the job, your responsibilities and pay; you can get started.

5. On completion of your job;  send us your work ( by e-mail with no attachments). After we receive, review your work and confirm acceptable performance of your job duties we will award you the amount of KDD that was assigned to the job. Bonuses are available for exception work.

6. We will accumulate the KDD you earn in a data-base that you can use later in www.kidse-marketplace.com . Your KDD can be used to start-up a business in our kids' marketplace or purchase kid's products.
