What is a KidsBusinessFranchise™?
We have taken the concept of a franchise and developed a similar approach for kids ages 5-15. We recognize kids can't afford thousands of dollars for big name franchises, therefore we have come up with this opportunity to go into a franchise-like business, gain experience and learn about business for under a $100.00.
Our franchise concept provides kids with opportunities to start a small business with the support of a larger company, products & services to sell and business start-up opportunities.
Please be clear that this opportunity is being offered as a franchise-like opportunity. It is not being presented, sold or regulated as a MacDonald's franchise would be. We are offering a franchise-like experience for a small fraction of the cost of recognizable franchises, therefore our offering should not be misunderstood to be as complicated as other franchise opportunities. Our offering could be referred to as a Franchise Apprentice Program™.
What is a franchise?
A franchise is a business in which the company offering the franchise (the 'franchisor' which in this case is TeachingKidsBusiness.com) has developed a successful method of doing business and then sells the rights to operate that system under licence in other areas to third parties 'franchisees' which in this case is kids.
The rights granted to the franchisee under the franchise agreement may include the use of the franchisor's valuable trade marks, trading names and other intellectual property (e.g. McDonalds name and look), the acquisition of the franchisor's know-how, the provision of products and services essential to the business on an ongoing basis, and an exclusive territory. The franchisor trains and provides ongoing support to the franchisees in exchange for up-front and ongoing fees, and in a properly structured and run franchise organization there is ongoing mutual dependency between the franchisor and the franchisees.

Based on an acceptable application we will send you a Kids Business Franchise Agreement for review and if appropriate acceptance. On receipt of payment; you will be provided with the tools and information to get started in your own business!

If you have received a Kids Business Franchise Gift certificate, please proceed to completing the application. We will provide you with a link to redeem your gift certificate and get started in your franchise.
