Reading is important because you need it in every day of your life. as you get older you will go to different schools and each grade gets harder, I know this because I learned the hard way. I would just not read and as teachers would ask me to read I could not pronounce some words and I would try my hardest and I still couldn't read and kids would make fun of me, so as I would get farther in to school these kids would say I was a slow reader, they were right I was a very slow reader and I asked the teacher to let me read 1 paragraph and it had 5 sentences in it, she timed me and it took me 10 minutes to read it. I felt caved in on and I was scared to read. but what I didn't understand is why? so I got older and more and more I learned to care less what other kids thought. soon I got tired of it and taught myself how to read by just reading once out load and once in my head. so hear I am today going to 8th grade with a 3.05 average and can read at a 9th grade level and I am very proud of my-self and I want to help you fell good about it and want to learn I will help you step by step at the pace you want so you fill comfortable to read in front of others. most kids have trouble spelling too that's because a book is all spelling and spelling is reading. please let me help you and you will be on your way to a big new start. |
