New Kids Fundraising Business Approach

Newmarket, Canada and Seattle Washington, USA, October 12, 2004

TeachingKidsBusiness.com has launched a fundraising program for kids to gain valuable experience while raising money and helping kids get started in business.

Kids often benefit from the money raised in fundraising and are often the sales persons contacting donors/family/friends.  Jeff Brown of TeachingKidsBusiness.com has created another dimension to the traditional fundraising approach.  Brown states " kids can benefit in new ways from a fundraising business program that focuses more on the experience of the kids involved and offers fundraising products that benefit the future development of kids".

Brown acknowledges that "fundraising is big business and one of few businesses that effectively hires kids as volunteers to sell products which are not normally beneficial to kids. We are developing a fundraising business model to help teach kids about business and create funding to benefit kids programs".

The TeachingKidsBusiness.com Fundraising Program has been created to train kids to develop the fundraising campaign, provide jobs for kids, provide products that help kids learn about business and re-enforce philanthropy by kids.  The program provides kids and youth organizations with concepts, programs and products to help them create successful fundraisers. Brown suggests" in our program kids receive benefit  from the experience and funding from product sales while giving benefit to other kids as they help kids learn about business from our products".
