Jobs For Kids - Simple And Effective Job Creation.

TeachingKidsBusiness.com today announced that it has launched it's Jobs-For-Kids Program.

Jeff M. Brown, Founder of TeachingKidsBusiness.com recognized a need for this program after reviewing hundreds of resumes from kids. Brown identified, "a need and interest from kids to gain experience. Most resumes I reviewed, had the basic making the bed, putting out the garbage and helping with shopping. I felt kids needed more opportunities ". This was the driving force behind the Jobs-For-Kids Program which targets kids from 9-14.

Kids now have the opportunity for project work that gives them; responsibility, experience, an understanding of business and money. The concept is to provide job opportunities  that have kids answering questions,  providing advice and doing creative work. The work is done via e-mail and kids can schedule their work within a reasonable time frame.

This program is unique in that it; is a job creation program with kid's jobs which are relevant experiences for kids, pays well (Kid's-Digital-Dollars) , respects kids work efforts and the opportunities are designed to lead to further experience and an eventual business start-up.

This program has an element of the  ABC's of job creation. A - jobs that are specific to kids and relevant to their skills; B - provides kids with experience for resume development; C - links to other opportunities for advancement and further development.

Brown stated that, "Job creation should always be a goal of any responsible business. TeachingKidsBusiness.com thrives to prepare kids for jobs, provide ideas for job experience and actually provide jobs for kids. We are really trying to do our part in creating jobs on a number of fronts."
