How do you know that you are stressed? Stress will do all kinds of things to you. It will make you tired, edgy ,you will be impatient and short with people and disrupt your sleeping. There are many frightening statistics that will tell you the growing number of sick days of workers, lost jobs, serious illness and a shorter life from too much stress. This is enough to let you know that it is something that you need to be aware of and understand how to reduce stress.

You will find that a very important way to reduce stress is to exercise. Exercise is to your body as soap is to dirt, it kind of cleans your body of stress. Stress is tension in your nervous system and needs to be relieved through exercise.

You will quickly find out that when you are prepared for a situation you will be less stressed. One situation comes to mind; people are often very stressed when they are late.
