TeachingKidsBusiness.com, strongly believes that the long term success of the company, is dependant upon the respect and involvement of it's many stakeholders, mainly kids.  To meet this challenge, we are developing a very creative shareholder plan, which is based on the following key principles;

We would like to enhance the experience of the kids, by sharing not only "real ownership", but meaningful involvement in decision making within the company. 

The plan will include Internet meetings, in which kids will be encouraged to participate,  to provide experience in the management decision making process of  their company.
